3. LOCATING THE FILE TO SEND

Once in the main Pamela window, go to the side menu and click on “Skype recordings”.  The most recent recording should be at the top.  It should be identified by the Skype name of the person you were speaking with online.  Make a note of it’s characteristics–date and time, file size–so you can readily identify it in a moment.

SUGGESTION: Click on the file you think you want to send, but double check it if you need to by looking at the File Properties. Once you are sure you have the correct file, either copy or drag it to your desktop to ensure it is easy to find when you need to upload it.
